Carolyn & Andre | Chateau Vaudreuil, Quebec

It's not every day that a bride contacts you from Montreal asking to hire you for her upcoming wedding. Carolyn contacted me back in 2015 asking if I would be interested in her flying me to Montreal to provide her with wedding coverage on her special day. I was over the moon excited for the opportunity to photograph a wedding located out of my beautiful province of NS. Within no time, flights, hotels and car rental were booked and I was heading to Montreal for the first time! I hopped on the plane Friday and arrived shortly after lunch time. I was able to settle in and prepare for the big day which was starting bright and early the next morning. 7am Saturday, her wedding coverage started, as she was having a lovely late morning ceremony followed by a Tiffany's themed brunch wedding reception. No amount of rain that day could wipe the smile off Carolyn's face. We had an afternoon of clear weather to get some necessary shots outside, followed by a bus ride to Old Montreal where I was included in a boat tour cruise for an evening reception with the bride, groom, and close family and friends. Needless to say, this was an incredible experience for me, and I wanted to share a few of my favorite shots of their special day <3
